The State Attorney General released bodycam video Friday of officers beating an inmate to death at the Marcy Correctional Facility in Oneida.

Footage of the incident on Dec. 9 shows inmate Robert Brooks handcuffed on a medical table while the officers repeatedly punch and kick him.

Brooks died the following day, according to authorities.

Gov. Kathy Hochul has stated that the 13 officers and a nurse involved should be fired.
