New York State police say the recent death of a man off the Tappan Zee Bridge was suicide. Dominick Bifolco?s family says the police are trying to hide information. Bifolco?s father says there is no way his son killed himself. He says the police were negligent and that cost Bifolco his life. Bifolco was on his way home from a party where he had been drinking when he got into an automobile accident on the bridge. According to a state trooper on the scene, Bifolco told them he felt nauseous then walked over to the railing to vomit and instead jumped off the bridge. His family says the injuries he sustained during the accident may have contributed to his falling over. An autopsy on Bifolco indicated head trauma, but it is not known if that is the result of the accident or the fall. Investigators are awaiting toxicology results on the victim. A funeral for Bifolco will be held Saturday in Yonkers. Related Information
