Steady rain creates slick road conditions on parkways in the Hudson Valley
Wet weather hit parts of the Hudson Valley overnight, leaving parts of the Bronx River Parkway flooded.
News 12's Shannon Longworth says it was tough to avoid deep puddles and slippery conditions while driving.
There was also flooding heading southbound on the Saw Mill River Parkway.
While visibility is relatively clear, rain is continuing to gather on the ground.
Drivers say the weather is keeping them on their toes.
