Today is a day to enjoy across the lower Hudson Valley! After a jacket-worthy morning, this afternoon feels nice with highs in the 50s and a mix of sun and a few clouds.

That said, the tree pollen count leans high today.

There was also a positive drought update that came out Thursday. While the lower Hudson Valley is in a moderate drought, there is no longer a severe drought anywhere locally. That is a nice slight improvement!

Clouds increase tonight with a cloudy sky and areas of drizzle at times tomorrow. Sunday will be warmer, windier and wetter! Highs jump into the 60s Sunday with periods of light showers and a gusty wind much of the day. As a cold front comes through in the evening, the rain becomes steadier for the evening and overnight before tapering off early to mid-morning Monday. The wind will subside into Monday, too.

The rest of St. Patrick's Day will be nice with a mix of sun and clouds in the afternoon and high temperatures in the upper 50s. Tuesday and Wednesday look phenomenal next week ahead of our next rain chances next Thursday.
