An Extreme Cold Warning is in effect until Sunday afternoon in the Hudson Valley. Temperatures will feel like -35F in spots, which can cause frostbite in as little as 15 minutes on exposed skin.

A Wind Advisory is in effect through midnight tonight.

The wind remains strong tonight, and temperatures will crash to near 0 degrees. It will feel like -20F in Westchester County and as cold as -35F in the upper Hudson Valley.

Sunday is sunny and breezy with high temperatures in the teens. Temperatures will be dangerously cold all morning and remain sub-zero throughout the day.

Monday is less cold, but still much colder than normal for February. Temperatures will rebound for the middle of the week.
