Thunderstorms wreaked havoc across the Hudson Valley Tuesday, causing flooding and road closures.
The Bronx River Parkway remains closed south of White Plains, in both directions, to the Bronx border. Some drivers say they are frustrated with the constant flooding on the Bronx River Parkway whenever there is heavy rain.
The Saw Mill Parkway and the Hutchinson State Parkway are still open in Westchester County, but the parkways could close if there is more torrential rainfall.
There is still a flash flood watch in the area into Wednesday morning.
