A new study shows the most
common symptom for children who experience rare cases of long COVID-19 is heart
inflammation, that's
according to a new report published in the Journal of the American Medical
Association.
Researchers found other
common symptoms of long COVID-19 in children are changes in smell and taste, or a
loss of smell altogether, hair loss and even chest pain.
Experts say it’s common for
children to make a full recovery from the virus.
Compared to adults, children
are less likely to experience long COVID-19.
