OVERVIEW: Good air quality to finish the week! After several days of Canadian wildfire smoke impacting our area and making for hazy skies, a much different story is in store for the weekend.
Less haze and more sunny blue skies should be back starting today! High pressure is still the main weather feature controlling the forecast so not expecting much of any other changes when it comes to weather. Friday should be mostly sunny with highs in the low 80s. The humidity will also be comfortable.
Be sure to check out the full moon tonight! Clear skies should make for the perfect conditions to see it illuminate the sky!
Saturday's weather is just about the same-- 80s and sunny. By Sunday, we are expected to get a bit warmer into the 90s and humidity will gradually build back.
Note: Sunday is also the last day in 2025 with a sunset after 8 p.m. (Fall is getting closer!)
Monday and Tuesday will be at or near 90 and feel warmer than that. A frontal system is likely to move through the region by the midweek, which will shake up our dry and warm stretch!
FORECAST:
TODAY: Mostly sunny. Highs in the low 80s.
