Dry conditions are expected overnight tonight through early evening Thursday.
Note, it will be back in the 40s on Wednesday, plenty of sun during the early day, but gusty with winds from 20-30 mph.
Winds will weaken heading into Wednesday night. Expect a dry day on Thursday that is slightly warmer, especially as we head into the evening. As a frontal system approaches, warmer air and gusty winds will be on Thursday night's menu ahead of rain that will carry into Friday.
These winds are expected to be stronger than on Wednesday, ranging from 40-50 mph. Some areas could see even higher. In addition, rain is likely with moderate to heavy periods that could bring up to an inch of rainfall. This will mainly be on Friday morning and will be cleared out by Friday early afternoon.
Following the storm system, colder air will take over, along with breezy but not as gusty, finishing out Friday night.
OVERNIGHT: Partly cloudy, becoming mostly clear. Temperatures will be below freezing, and gusts will pick up to near 20 mph. Lows in the 20s and near 30 degrees.
WEDNESDAY: Sunshine in the morning and clouds increasing in the afternoon. It will be warmer and windy, with gusts ranging from 20 to 40 mph. Highs in the 40s. Lows in the 30s.
THURSDAY: Sunshine and clouds, light winds throughout the day, a little warmer. Rain will develop at night, and wind gusts will pick up to 30-40 mph overnight. Highs in the 50s. Lows in the 40s.
FRIDAY: Moderate rain is likely, very windy, and warm in the morning. Expect wind gusts to be as high as 40-50 mph. Temperatures early in the morning will be in the 50s. By the afternoon, rain will taper off, and winds will weaken, but they will still be gusty. Highs in the 50s. Lows in the 20s.
