The roof of a West Haverstraw auto repair garage partially collapsed after an SUV crashed into the building on Friday.
Police say the driver of a ford explorer lost control and crashed into the business along Route 9W at around 4 p.m.
After hearing the crash, Manager Lidio Baudista went outside to find the exterior of his auto garage in shambles.
Firefighters removed the car from inside the shop and called in Rockland County Emergency Crews to shore up the building and make sure the entire roof didn't collapse.
News 12 is told no one inside the auto garage was injured. The driver was taken to Nyack Hospital.
