The NYPD is asking for help finding a missing teenage mother and her two small sons.

According to police, Nydyra Briggs, 17, was last seen on July 18 while leaving a group home on East 234th Street in Woodlawn. She was seen with her boys, 2-year-old Adonis Briggs and 9-month-old Azyon Briggs.

Neighbors say Briggs lives in a two-story building for unwed teenage mothers under the age of 21. It is run by Leake & Watts.

Briggs is described as 5 feet 7 inches and weighs about 130 pounds. She has brown eyes and long black hair.

Neighbors say they sometimes see the young mothers socializing with older guys in front of the residence at night. Others say the facility has been on the block for years and that there hasn't been any major trouble or problems.
