A 19-year-old man was wounded in a stabbing that happened near a Burger King in Yonkers, according to the City of Yonkers Police Department.

Officers found the wounded teen in a hallway inside 85 Riverdale Ave. around 6:15 p.m. Tuesday. Police say they later determined the victim was attacked near 53 South Broadway.

Investigators say the teen suffered multiple stab wounds to the shoulder and back.

Paramedics took him to a nearby hospital where he was treated for his injuries and later released.

Police say a person was arrested in connection with the stabbing. The alleged attacker's name, age and charges were not immediately available.
