Presidents Day may have passed, but the deals are still alive - with tech items stealing the spotlight.

Shoppers are braving freezing temperatures to snag the latest graphics cards—key components for gamers and artificial intelligence enthusiasts alike.

The buzz around new graphics cards has sent NVIDIA’s stock soaring, though the newest versions are already sold out, highlighting a struggle to meet overwhelming demand. Lines have persisted for weeks since the latest card’s release, with Micro Center editor-in-chief Dan Ackerman noting the trend. “Especially hot right now, though, is building your own PC stuff,” Ackerman said. “So people who want to either take the desktop they have and swap in some new parts or just build a new one from scratch because there are new graphics cards that are just coming out right now. And there are a lot of great bundle deals where you can get a CPU and a motherboard in the RAM together.”

These bundle deals can save shoppers a couple hundred dollars, making it an attractive option for a new generation of PC builders.

Beyond graphics cards, discounts extend to Mac Minis, 3D printers and TVs, fueling a booming business for Micro Center, which operates nearly 30 stores nationwide
