Check for discount codes for bigger savings or head to the stores and try the mattresses. Don’t forget to ask for freebies – like pillows, box springs, free delivery and more.

Need some new appliances? Expect to see big savings up to 40% off on big and little appliances from Sears, Best Buy, Lowe’s and Home Depot.

What to wait on? Grills, patio furniture, and lawn mowers may be slightly slashed, but the better deals will be late August/early September.
