The Taco Project is marking its 10th anniversary with a tantalizing offer: free tacos for a year.

On Saturday, the first person in line at each of The Taco Project's five locations — Tarrytown, Yonkers, Pleasantville, Bronxville, and Stamford — will win a free taco bar party for themselves and 10 friends.
