We will squeeze out a few nice hours this afternoon with some breaks of sun and highs spiking to the upper 60s and low 70s. There can still be an isolated shower at any point, but most of the afternoon and early evening will be dry! Tonight will be mainly cloudy with a few more showers overnight and early tomorrow morning through around 7 a.m. That said, most steady rain overnight will miss the lower Hudson Valley to the south. Beautiful weather returns in time for the NY Mets home opener at Citi Field tomorrow afternoon!

Unfortunately, the weekend still looks rainy with periods of off and on rain on Saturday and a few spotty showers on Sunday. Sunday will be the warmer of the two weekend days. Other than a few showers early Monday and a couple of light showers Tuesday, the middle of the week should be decent, but cool with highs in the upper 40s to mid 50s.
