The Toonerville Music Festival is scheduled to kick off on Saturday in Pelham.
The event features 16 musical acts with headliners Soul Asylum and supporting band Illiterate Light.
While the festival may not be as big as others, organizers say they still have an advantage.
“That smallness is actually a bonus. You are really up close with national talent and it's energetic,” said Jason Jeffries.
The venue opens at 12 p.m. and performances begin at 12:30 p.m.
