Greenburgh Town Supervisor Paul Feiner say there is a plan in place to fix a water leak that is creating dangerous conditions on West Hartsdale Avenue.
Last month, Hartsdale residents asked officials to fix a leak that is streaming water over a driveway of a home on West Hartsdale Avenue.
They say the water is spilling over onto the highly traveled road, causing unsafe conditions.
Feiner says when weather permits and asphalt plants are open for operation, the state Department of Transportation will create a lowered shallow channel leading to the pipe.
Once completed, the property owner will remove and replace the damaged pipe under the driveway and restore an unobstructed free flowing pathway down West Hartsdale Avenue.
