News 12's Carol Wilkinson was with Thunderbolt 12 near the Bronx River Parkway in White Plains were there were no road closures nor flooding as of Saturday night.

Tropical Storm Ophelia, however, is expected to continue to impact the Hudson Valley on Sunday, which has prompted some events to be canceled or postponed.

Wilkinson reported on some of the events that Ophelia is likely to impact.
