Tractor-trailer stolen from Pinkney, Hutchinson avenues in the Bronx

Cops are trying to figure out who stole a tractor-trailer from a Bronx intersection.  Police say a maroon freightliner cab was taken from Pinkney and Hutchinson avenues in the middle of the afternoon
