The terror trial of four Muslim men from Newburgh is being moved from a federal court in White Plains to New York City.
The move comes after officials involved with the case cited concerns over local security.
The group, known as the "Newburgh Four," are accused of trying to blow up synagogues in the Bronx and shoot down military planes at Stewart Air Base in Orange County.
The trial had been put on hold after the prosecution refused to turn over documents, and they were denied bail by a federal judge last week.
The trial will continue August 17 with jury selection in a Lower Manhattan federal court.
