Two men are facing multiple gun and drug charges in New Rochelle following a police raid.
The city's police department executed a search warrant at an apartment on Sickles Avenue this past Wednesday.
During the operation, detectives found and confiscated illegal drugs, cash, and firearms, which included 124 glassine envelopes containing a mixture of heroin and fentanyl, nearly $7,500 in suspected drug proceeds, one loaded pistol reported stolen from Georgia, and one high-capacity magazine.
As a result of the raid, Ronald Ackridge and Rocco Forte were arrested. Both individuals face multiple charges, including criminal possession of a weapon, criminal possession of stolen property, and criminal possession of a controlled substance with the intent to sell.
