yesterdayTwo people in Dutchess County have been arrested for drug related offenses.
State Police say they arrested 47-year-old Robert Beebe and 33-year-old Shannan Mead Saturday. Both are from Dover.
Troopers were sent to Route 22 and North Nellie Road around 2:30 a.m.
That's where they say they found Beebe driving under the influence of drugs and Mead with over 38 grams of crack cocaine.
She's accused of intending to sell it.
Beebe is due in court mid-November and Mead has already had her first court appearance and been released on her own recognizance.
