An Ulster County couple who says they’re being harassed by a neighbor because of their biracial relationship is raising safety concerns.
Tina Foy says she and her fiancé are being targeted by their neighbor Susan Horvath because of their relationship.
Foy lives in the Hamlet of Wallkill, and says she’s called Shawangunk police nearly a dozen times for multiple incidents, including damages to her car and multiple racist rants caught on camera.
Foy says no arrests have been made, despite her complaints.
“I have all these reports and I’m told it’s not harassment," says Foy.
Shawangunk police told News 12 in March that the case was under investigation.
News 12 reached out to them again but has not heard back. News 12 also called several phone numbers listed on the police reports for Susan Horvath, but has not gotten a response.
