Mayor Michael Bloomberg attended the memorial service and spoke about the loss the city continues to feel as a result of the tragic accident.
The flight was headed toward the Dominican Republic on Nov. 12, 2001 when it crashed. A memorial service was also held nearly 1,500 miles away in the Dominican Republic.
