Virginia man indicted in slaying of New Rochelle taxi driver

A Virginia man has been indicted by a Westchester County grand jury in last October's slaying of a New Rochelle taxi driver.
Percival Ross, of Virginia, was indicted on charges including first- and second-degree murder and robbery, according to the district attorney's office.
The 52-year-old is accused in the fatal shooting of 62-year-old Andres Valenzuela, who was just finishing his shift when he was shot in the parking lot of Juliano's Caterers.Ross was arrested a few days later following a shootout in Brooklyn.
He also faces federal charges.
