Customers who visit the Newburgh restaurant on April 17 will have 20% of their bill donated to the Shawangunk Valley Volunteer Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary.
The group helps the town's volunteer fire company raise money for new gear and training.
Customers will need to show their server a ticket when they pay to make the donation.
