2ds agoThe Westchester County Board of Legislators has approved a lease for the county's first LGBTQ+ friendly affordable housing complex.
The property will be located at 143 Grand St. and will be known as Court Street Residences.
It will have 140 residential units for those who are 55 years old and up.
The facility will be all-electric and will incorporate green technology.
It will include parking, an exercise room, on-site laundry, and medical and hospital offices for seniors.
