Wednesday is the final opportunity for the public to participate in the county budget process.
Public hearings are scheduled for 7 p.m. at the Westchester County Board of Legislators Chamber.
The proposed budget by County Executive Ken Jenkins is a $2.5 billon spending plan that he says includes some "tough but necessary" decisions.
