Westchester County DA candidate William Wagstaff has successfully secured his name on the Democratic ballot for this June's primary.
This victory comes after a trial where one of his opponents accused him of collecting fraudulent signatures to qualify for the ballot.
Wagstaff will now face off against Judge Susan Cacace and former county prosecutor Adeel Mirza in the upcoming primary.
In a statement provided to News 12, Wagstaff expressed his anticipation for the campaign ahead. "We look forward to continuing on the campaign trail toward victory," he said.
While efforts were made to reach out to a spokesperson for Cacace's campaign, no response has been received as of yet.
