Westchester County celebrated Hispanic Heritage Month by honoring two community leaders.

The Board of Legislators recognized Wilson Soto, a Yonkers attorney, and Karine Patino, a Mount Kisco activist, for their contributions to the community.

Soto operates a law practice focusing on family law and pro-bono services for the Hispanic community.

The ceremony highlighted the importance of Hispanic heritage and the positive impact of community leaders.
