A Long Island native turned Westchester producer who was introduced to music as a kid is busy packing his resume with heavy hitters like Apple and Ford, and most recently Dockers.

Music producer Fenton Joseph, of Larchmont, says he looks for sounds that just speak to him and make him feel good.

Joseph says Dockers' initiatives have been seen so many times by people over social media for Black History Month.

Before Joseph got into producing licensed music, he produced records for artists like MIMS and Graf.

Joseph says making the jump from commercial music to the licensed music industry was necessary.

"As I got older and had a family and a little one, it wasn't reasonable for me to be out in the studio, till 6 a.m.," says Joseph.

Joseph, who founded the company Olive Branch Digital in 2014, is among many local producers and artists who come to studios like The Lab in New Rochelle to make the magic happen. He has even managed and produced websites for artists like Salt N Pepa.

Joseph says he is currently redesigning a website for the Guggenheim Foundation in New York.

Other successful ventures on Joseph's resume include co-founding the world's first Black-owned microphone company. The product was used by Celine Dion and Ne-Yo.

When it comes to balancing all of his endeavors, Fenton says, "You just have to wake up every day with a positive attitude and make sure that you stay focused on the goal because things are going to try to get in your way but when you have a passion, when you have a dream and something worth fighting for, you're going to find a way to make it happen."
