Elevate Cannabis Dispensary is officially open in Mount Vernon.

The new store is located at 127 South Terrace Ave. in an industrial part of the city.

News 12 was granted exclusive access to tour the new store ahead of its grand opening, which is expected to happen in the coming days.

The dispensary offers an array of cannabis products all made and grown by New Yorkers.

The opening comes after a judge approved a settlement Friday to end lawsuits that had stalled the state's retail marijuana licensing program.
