20 ounces of Uncle Giuseppe's shredded buffalo wing cheddar
8 ounces of Hellmann’s mayonnaise
6 ounces of Breakstone sour cream
3 fluid ounces of Texas Pete buffalo wing sauce
Instructions
Build the base - In a medium mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise and sour cream. Mix until smooth and fully blended with no streaks.
Add buffalo flavor - Slowly mix in the buffalo wing sauce until evenly incorporated.
Incorporate the cheese - add the Uncle Giuseppe's shredded buffalo wing cheddar in stages, gently folding after each addition until evenly combined.
Do not over‑mix — the spread should remain creamy and textured.
Transfer for baking - Spread the mixture evenly into a lightly greased, oven‑safe baking dish.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Bake uncovered for 15 minutes, or until heated through, slightly bubbly around the edges and warm and spreadable - not dried out. Remove from oven and serve warm.
