As winter approaches, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson advises residents without off-street parking to apply for seasonal on-street parking permits.
Applications can be submitted through the village's website or call (914) 271-4781.
A reminder to residents: When two or more inches of snowfall occur, cars must be removed from the streets to allow the Department of Public Works to efficiently clear the roads.
During snow clearing operations, residents can park in municipal lots without a permit. This includes the lot behind Holy Name of Mary Church, the west end of Benedict Boulevard, and the Municipal Building.
