Woodbury Animal Shelter saves close to 100 cats in house fire

The fire happened at 26 Summit Ave. in Harriman.

The Woodbury Animal Shelter saved close to 100 cats from a house fire Thursday night.
The fire happened at 26 Summit Ave. in Harriman. 
All of the occupants were able to make it out of the fire.
Some of the cats were in cages, but many were loose and able to escape the home.
The animals will be tracked down soon and taken into care.
The animal shelter is looking for donations of pet care supplies for the influx of cats.
