A Yonkers native has partnered with actor-screenwriter Chazz Palminteri to create Job Snap – an app that allows users to hire freelance workers for everyday projects.

It's estimated that nearly one-third of all U.S. workers now rely on part-time or freelance jobs as their primary source of income.

The Turn to Tara team spoke with CEO James Albissays and Palminteri about how their app stands above the rest in the busy gig-economy space.
