A Yonkers police official has pleaded guilty to drunk driving in an off-duty crash in Bronxville.
Yonkers Lt. Daniel Treacy was behind the wheel last April when his personal vehicle jumped a sidewalk and hit a retaining wall.
He will pay a $500 fine, attend a driver program, and face a 90-day license suspension.
The department says he remains an active member.
