Yonkers police are trying to identify a man seen on video kicking cars and damaging property.
Officials say the man was seen on Nov. 5 knocking over two trash cans on Bronx River Road and Springer Avenue.
Residents say the man kicked several cars, leaving behind thousands of dollars in damage and also ripped up plants.
Yonkers police say no arrest has been made but they do have a person of interest.
