New improvements are now complete along Route 376 in Dutchess County.
The $11 million project turned the intersection of Raymond Avenue and Hooker Avenue in Poughkeepsie into a single-lane roundabout.
Officials say the upgrade will improve traffic flow and make it safer for drivers, bikers, and pedestrians.
New sidewalks, crosswalks, and lighting were also added to help Vassar College students and faculty get around campus more easily.
