A commercial van overturned and crashed Saturday morning on I-87 in Saugerties, according to state police.

Authorities say 65-year-old Michael Blue was driving recklessly and using an electronic device when the van flipped around 4 a.m.

The 14 people aboard were hospitalized for minor injuries.

State police say Blue was issued multiple traffic tickets.
