A rising superstar from Warwick sang a beautiful rendition of the national anthem Tuesday at Yankee Stadium.
Julia Roome, 14, sang ahead of the Yankees-Houston game. “I absolutely loved singing our national anthem for the New York Yankees and the Houston Astros. It was a dream come true.”
Roome was a semifinalist last year on NBC’s “The Voice.”
The singer will be performing tomorrow at the Williams Center in Rutherford, New Jersey.
