Some residents in Croton-on-Hudson are on edge over two new housing unit proposals.
A total of 280 housing units could be built on Half Moon Bay Drive, if the proposal goes through. 100 affordable housing units would also be built on Croton Point Avenue.
Some residents expressed their concerns at a meeting Wednesday. One said there was an overload of housing units in the area.
Another resident said she is concerned with the pollution the developments could bring.
