NYPD arrest in the Bronx sparks outrage after video shows officer punching man

Police are looking for a man who is wanted for raping and robbing a woman in Highbridge last Friday.

The incident happened on West 164th Street and Ogden Avenue around 7 p.m. The suspect approached a 50-year-old woman, raped her and then took $50 and a necklace with a cross pendant from her.

The victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
