Problems at another city-owned parking garage are raising red flags for those who use the facility in White Plains.

Holes, rust, large puddles of water and even a large hole could be seen throughout the facility.

"It's just crumbling and it's been like that for many, many years since we were younger, coming to hang out at these restaurants," said Daniel Consigliere, who works in the area.

This is the latest garage in White Plains, drawing attention following last year's partial collapse at 50 Hale Ave.

According to the city, design work has been initiated for both the Chester-Maple Parking Garage and the Lexington Grove-East Parking Garage.
