Suffolk County police investigating the murder of a Sayville woman found dead in her home

The Suffolk County Police Homicide Squad is investigating the murder of a woman in Sayville.
Officials identified the victim as Rachel Frislid, 62.
She was found by a member of her family inside her home at 26 Pearl Court around 8:30 p.m. Thursday, according to police.
Detectives believe she was a victim of violence.
Investigators still have the neighborhood taped off.
This morning, the Suffolk County Medical Examiner was on the scene alongside the Suffolk County Mobile Crime Lab.
The investigation is ongoing.
