Five people have been apprehended on drug-related charges in Ulster County.

Authorities say Melvin Howell, 51, Francis Docimo III, 41, Heather Barlow, 46, Danielle Schovel, 29, and Natasha Ulrich, 32, were discovered in possession of controlled substances within a residence on Third Avenue in the City of Kingston.

The arrests came after police received multiple narcotics complaints, prompting the execution of a search warrant.

The suspects now face a range of criminal charges, including drug possession, weapon possession and criminal use of drug paraphernalia.
