NJ Transit says there is Amtrak overhead wire damage from an earlier Amtrak track car fire in one of the Hudson River Tunnels.
Tickets are be being cross-honored.
The FDNY says they received the first call for a train car fire on Track 11 around 1:30 a.m.
The fire was brought under control by 4 a.m.
The impacts are now going to affect the morning commute.
