$3,200 - that's how much all of you are apparently losing every year because of poor road conditions, traffic and safety issues.
According TRIP, a non-profit that assesses transportation issues across the country, your money is going towards higher operating costs - like gas - to pay for crash damages and traffic delays.
TRIP and local officials say communities have the funds to fix many roadways thanks to the newly passed federal bill --- the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act.
They're calling on the state to use the secured funds to repair local roadways.
The Westchester Business Council says the funding will play a factor in attracting new businesses.
