A second 13-year-old has been arrested in connection with a Bronx shooting that killed a Yonkers man.

Daoud Marji, 28, was shot in the head on University Avenue on April 23 and later died. A 33-year-old woman was also shot and survived a wound to her left hip.

Marji did not appear to be the intended target, according to the NYPD.

Police arrested the first 13-year-old last week. The second was taken into custody on Wednesday.

Both teens are charged with murder, manslaughter and criminal use of a firearm. Their names have not been released due to their ages.

A motive has not been disclosed.
